MGA Controls Ltd are experts in specifying and supplying Needle Valve Manifolds into a wide range of applications. Manifolds are designed for directly mounting to differential pressure transmitters and provide individual isolation for both low pressure and high pressure inputs. They also feature an equalising valve to allow simple calibration of the device.
Manifolds operate by combining multiple Needle Valves which allow safe and reliable isolation of the instrument, and offer bubble tight shut off. They are suitable and approved for use in critical Oil & Gas applications, and come with full certification, material traceability and compliance to NACE MR-0175
MGA Controls Ltd are partners with Alco Valves, a major UK manufacturer of Needle Valves and Manifolds. Alco Valves manufacture 2-Valve, 3-Valve and 5-Valve Manifolds in 1/4″ and 1/2″, in 316 Stainless Steel and other exotic alloys.
Alco Manifolds are rated at a minimum of 6,000psi, but can be specified up to 10,000psi.
